If you have recently booked a service and are looking to pay the required fee, new you will receive an invoice from the AUS within 3 working days. Follow the instructions outlined in the specific description for the service you have requested. When in doubt, send a copy of your payment confirmation to the VP Internal with details regarding your booking, especially if your booking is less than a week away (this may be forbidden based on your booking type).
The AUS has strict policies on refunds (which can be found on each service’s booking information page) and generally does not refund payments. Please be weary of this fact when submitting payment.
