Locker Rental

General Information:

The AUS provides locker rentals to students in the Leacock basement during the Fall and Winter academic semesters for a small fee. The $35 rental fee includes a $10 deposit, which you will get back upon the return of your lock.

We highly recommend that you take a look at your locker’s location and condition before making the payment. This way, you can re-register for another locker if you are dissatisfied with the one you have reserved. You may not change lockers after making the payment.

Locker Rental Procedure:

  1. Fill out the form below, a legally binding contract
  2. Wait for an email from us, usually ~3 days
  3. Bring your McGill I.D. and the $35 rental fee to the AUS Office (Leacock B-12/ Arts Lounge) (open M-F 9-5)
  4. Collect your lock and claim your locker

By filling out this form and selecting "Yes", you are entering into contract with the Arts Undergraduate Society of McGill University, a company duly incorporated under the laws of the Province of Quebec, located at 855 Rue Sherbrooke O, Leacock B-12, Montreal QC H3A 2T7.

  • • You agree to pay the AUS the relevant fee + optional credit card fee as specified on this form for the rental of the locker.
  • • Upon completion of this contract, which shall terminate 3 days prior to the first day of examinations in December for the fall semester, and 3 days prior to April examinations for the full year, you agree to return your lock to the AUS Office, Leacock B-12 during business hours.
  • • The AUS agrees to return a deposit of $10 to those returning locks on time and possessing a McGill ID.
  • • The AUS provides this locker rental service without warranty, and the AUS shall not be held liable for any loss or damage of any items contained within the rented lockers.
  • • Any items left in lockers after the termination of this contract may be discarded at the discretion of the AUS.
  • The contract is entered into in the city of Montreal, province of Quebec on 2022/06/29.
