Important: We do not book for non-AUS affiliated groups. This change is to ensure that our departments are prioritized in the booking process as we have a very limited number of rooms available. Please note that registered SSMU Groups are able to book through their SSMU Club portal.

Exigences :

  • Vous et/ou votre groupe êtes affiliés à L’AEFA (les clubs SSMU ne sont pas concernés).
  • Vous faites partie de l'exécutif de votre groupe.
  • Vous souhaitez réserver un jour de semaine (du lundi au vendredi).
  • You require a room in either Leacock, Arts, or Ferrier 
  • There is a minimum of two weeks until your desired booking
  • If alcohol is involved, there is at least six weeks until your desired booking, and you have/will promptly submit your liquor permit

Si vous ou votre groupe ne remplissez pas l'une des conditions susmentionnées, votre demande sera automatiquement considérée comme non valable et ne sera pas traitée. 

Les demandes de réservation ne peuvent être effectuées qu'au nom des départements artistiques et des autres groupes de l’AEFA. Tous les groupes externes doivent contacter l'administration ou le directeur du bâtiment pour plus de détails sur la procédure à suivre.

How the Process Works (2025-2026):

  1. Ensure you are an AUS group BEFORE submitting. We cannot book for groups outside of the AUS.
  2. Fill out this form with your room request.
  3. The AUS will submit your room booking. 
  4. The email entered on the form will be contacted by McGill Central Booking services (this may take up to 14 business days) confirming the booking or providing alternative rooms. 
  5. If you require a liquor permit send your room number, date, and time to internal.aus@mail.mcgill.ca at least 6 weeks ahead of time
